| MARINA SMARGIANNAKIS is a born and raised New York artist whose passion and inspiration comes from mix of the energy of Greece, her family heritage, New York City, and all walks of life. The only thing that each piece has in common, whether it be abstract or pop-art surrealistic, is the vibrancy of the intense colors, and the rawness of the emotion. She is grateful to share her expressive style and deep feelings of love, passion, freedom, and despair. She views colors as a gift from God; the ability to see them, and the ability to create, to manipulate a color, to express something so personal, but equally connecting. She has professionally pursued her art for the past three years and has grown wildly popular in past recent year. She is highly recommended for commissioned works, able to connect with each client on a deeper level, and always produce a work of art that connects with the personalties of each client. Her goal is continue to express what's within and consistenly inspire others, through Art and other means, to connect and feel something deeper, help to recognize our emotional injuries, release them, and progress in our souls. |
